About U.S. Tungsten

Founded in 2017 and rooted in Alabama soil, U.S. Tungsten is a family-owned, community-driven manufacturer on a mission to revolutionize tungsten products—from aerospace components to high-performance fishing tackle.

Our Journey

• 2017–2019: Pioneering Sintered Tungsten
  We began by perfecting sintered tungsten parts in our own furnaces, building a national brand carried by just a handful of local retailers. By 2019, our tungsten line was in over 2,500 stores and online outlets across the country.
• 2020–2021: Diversification & Defense Work
  Splitting our original operation into distinct brands, we maintained our sintering roots while expanding into DoD-grade aerospace components—servicing helicopter assemblies and precision military parts.
• 2022–2023: A New Moldable Compound
  Driven by environmental stewardship and performance, we formulated a next-generation, lead-replacement tungsten compound. It’s denser than lead, 100% eco-friendly, and can be injection-molded directly around hooks—unlocking an entirely new class of terminal tackle.

• End-to-End In-House
  From material formulation, CAD engineering, and toolmaking, through casting, finishing, and packaging, every step lives under our roof in Alabama.
